Q: What is the Fee Structure?
​A: There is a $75 1-hour virtual consultation fee due at the time of scheduling. In-person option upon request; additional travel fees apply. Polished design team offers a flat rate per room as payment. The rate will vary depending on the space being considered. There is a 50% retainer fee, with the remaining 50% due upon completion of each space.

Q: What is included in this fee?
​A: Access to our design team during business hours (client will not be billed for communication and questions). Shop links and/or store visits with a stylist to purchase furniture and materials. Assistance with choosing paint colors and carpeting, if necessary.

​A: Our staging fee structure is designed to be clear and flexible. We begin with a $75 walk-through consultation (1 hour). From there, we offer a flat-rate pricing model based on the number and size of rooms being staged. A 50% retainer is required at the time of agreement, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the project.
